Came to eat lunch, ordered a cheeseburger. I knew when he ask if I wanted the cheese on the side, this wasn’t going to end well.. From having to ask for silverware and got a fork, I was asked if i needed a spoon & knife. I mean would be nice, they didn’t have any clean 🤔. Never offered to refill my drink and go to pay, they didn’t even have the change in the register to give my change back to me Someone needs to get it together at this location, I’ve never had such a bad experience in my life.

We LOVE Waffle House! When we used to travel to East Tennessee from Illinois we couldn't wait 'til we were passing one so we could stop for breakfast. Now that we live in Morristown we drive past another Waffle House to get to this one. It takes about 15 minutes but is worth the drive because the staff is so kind and attentive. Plus, it is by far the cleanest Waffle House we've ever been at. Tables always cleared and the bathrooms are spotless!

The atmosphere was very welcoming. I ate there at about 1030, there was a manager Krishna that was helping out with her employees. She was very nice and down to earth. I love to see when managers are helping their staff out! Will be back.
