The atmosphere was very welcoming. I ate there at about 1030, there was a manager Krishna that was helping out with her employees. She was very nice and down to earth. I love to see when managers are helping their staff out! Will be back.

arrived about 12:30am on 7/24/24. We placed order and food came out wonderful and service from waiter was okay. their music was so loud you had to scream across the table to have a conversation. (ridiculous) had to wave waiter down to get togo boxes because she gave our ticket right when food came to the table, other than that it was a okay experience.,
It was late and Waffle House was open!! Obviously they are 24 hours!! We didn't expect how awesome the staff and the food was!!! Our waitress was top notch!!! Great food! Everybody left full!!

Just lost me and family's Business because months we have tried call in orders and you keep phone off so no one can call in a order. I'm done. When I came in and asked you said it was off hook. Dew to no one wanting to deal with call ins. That's the way we eat there so no more.

I had my first ever Waffle House experience (I’m from Washington State) at the Jefferson City location. The whole working staff at that time was eager to greet me, my boyfriend and his roommate. Our table was then served by Kerrie. If you ever get the privilege of dining at this location, any of the wonderful staff members are a delight, but being served by Kerrie for my first experience was truly a blessing. We got to have some in depth conversation as there was nobody else there, and Kerrie is upbeat, quick-witted, friendly, and just outright an amazing person to be graced with the presence of.
While we waited for our food, we got to talk to Erika as well. Erika is wonderful as well. Sociable, upbeat, and one heck of a conversationalist. We got to talk about Hannah Montana and Boys Like Girls among many other things, and it was overall a delightful, lighthearted conversation.
Next we get to the food. TENS ALL ACROSS THE BOARD. I got the sausage egg and cheese hash brown bowl and a blueberry waffle. The taste, the cooking, the textures. Everything was just amazing. When I’m back in Jefferson City, I absolutely plan on returning and hopefully seeing the wonderful ladies that graced us on that night.
