curbside order and they don’t even bring it out to you🔥🔥🔥 but great food

Usually a great place. This time the food wasn't great, the cashier seemed to be on some powerful medications, and the place was dirty.

Everytime we come here, the workers in the drive thru always make it a horrible experience. Always rude and talk to people like they’re stupid. If you don’t like your job find another one. It’s always the one with the long brown hair in a low ponytail. Receipt says Makayla

Ok, we used to love Zaxby's and ate there all the time, but in the last couple of years the quality has drastically changed. I cannot continue to justify the exorbitant prices for the food they are offering, so we have cut down and have only visited 4 times in about the last year and a half, and it's not just this restaurant, but ones in other states as well. The last time was about 6 months ago and said enough back then. Well, we were craving Zaxby's today and sold ourselves on the idea by saying that maybe this one was different because we'd never been to this particular restaurant. It was no surprise when it was the same terrible food as the last 5 or 6 times. The wings are so tiny that between the bone and the breading, what little left was dry and inedible. The tenders are about at least half the size that they used to be, and the fried pickles, what few were there, we overcooked as well. Well, so long to about $25, but it won't happen again. We are over it.

I came through to pick up a mobile order on a Sunday at lunch. Understandably it was very busy and stressful. But one worker (Amy) was very rude to other customers for asking questions, and to her own co workers for making a mistake. I understand the stress getting to you but to treat people the way she was is just disrespectful.

Just saying. The people inside is just as important as the drive thru. I understand every company wants to make drive thru faster and convenient but also make people more lazy. Not just zaxbys but all food chains. But it’s pretty ridiculous. Waited way too long for not so fresh food and fries. Do better!!!

Terrible customer service! Elaine was not a pleasure to deal with. Karen of all Karen's! I'm not asking for her to be terminated or even a write up. All I'm asking is don't be touching your hat each time you touch the food you're putting in the bags and whatever it takes, try to provide a friendly environment. There was no excuse for how I was treated. NO customer likes a Karen. I know you guys are short handed but she needs to work in the back. The chipotle tacos are awesome tho. Hope this is some great constructive criticism.

My family and I went through the drive through tonight. It took 15/20 minutes. The girls at the window were all fussing and complaining about other customers and rolling their eyes. We knew they were talking about the customers because sometimes the window was open and it was clear to hear what they were saying. There was one girl eating and walking around, talking with her mouth open. And two girls that was kinda making drinks but kept stopping to talk to the other girl and fuss. They probably wouldn’t have had such a hard time if they were more concerned with taking care of the food prep and getting the customers their food. The last time I came through the girl at the window was super short when speaking to me at the menu board and kept getting my order wrong. The food was good. Professionalism is so important no matter what you do.

The food is very good, friendly employees. I placed an online order to which some but not all of the order instructions were followed. A six-piece chicken fingerz meal was ordered to which we only received five pieces. With today's highly inflated prices the order should be as requested. When we arrived, I clicked the link to let them know we were there for curbside delivery, after waiting for over five minutes, no one else in line at the drive thru, my wife went inside to get our order.
