Was not happy this time going to zaxbys and we go there alot got tenders and they were real greasy and rubbery and we wanted shakes because they seem to have the best shakes there but their machine was broken I hope they ordered extra parts just incase

This is the SLOWEST Zaxbys I’ve ever been to. We’ve been stuck in the drive thru for 30 minutes and then they pulled us up and we’ve been sitting here for an additional 15. Had we not already paid, we would’ve driven off. This is not an uncommon occurrence, they are so slow but this is excessive. We won’t be back!

I came in around a hour ago, and i had never been to a Zaxbys before until today. I came through the drive through and this kid with a pony tail, he was very nice. The guy that brought my food out to me was very nice too, and the food came pretty fast even though it was busy. The food was delicious, will definitely be coming back soon! 👍

I ordered some loaded chicken, bacon and ranch fries via door dash this evening and it was absolute TRASH. It was so bad that it wasn’t even enjoyable. I didn’t even eat half of it before I threw it out. Disgusting.

The atmosphere of the place is like going to your racist Grandpa's basement. The walls are covered in crooked pictures and offensive quotes. if you're 82 years old and hate what your 58-year-old kids are doing today this is a good atmosphere for you.
The maximum number of wings you can get is five which is tiny. When I go to a wing restaurant I want like 20 wings.
The management sucks the cashier was telling me how there was only one cashier for all of day shift on a Saturday
The potatoes also taste like something you get at your grandparents house bland and flavorless.
