“We just pulled out of the parking lot after making a stop on our way home from Gatlinburg. I was very impressed with the young man who waited on us (Cody I believe) our orders were prompt and correct. This young man was friendly, respectful, and using manners along with flashing his beautiful smile! So much negativity toward others these days-especially youngsters, so I wanted to make sure he knew we appreciated him! God bless and thanks!“

“The service is great, but they need 2 sandwich makers. After they move, they will need a drive-thru worker and 2 sandwich makers. You always have a long wait, but once your turn comes up, the worker is courteous, accommodating, and patient. I usually have 3 sandwiches at least, it doesn't change your service.

Vegetarian options: You customize your order. If you want something besides a veggie and bread, they have veggie patties and chopped salads that are fully customizable. Probably only vegetarian food option available at Exit 161, Jellico TN exit.“

“Stopped at this location for a break on a long road trip. They had a rush of people come in at the same time as us yet they still processed the orders quickly and accurately. The food and ice cream was delicious. Jacob was our cashier and brought us our food. He was very friendly and efficient. I wish more workers had his same customer service attitude and professionalism.“

“Last Friday evening my husband and I visited this Cook Out and had THE BEST service we could've ever asked for. We were in town with a group of 19 total people who ALL wanted Cook Out for dinner. I had a little notebook with all their orders and Kaylyn (unsure of how she spells it) took our order patiently, kindly, and VERY helpfully. When I was unsure of exactly what the written order meant, Kaylyn helped me decide what would probably be the best choices, as she is very familiar with the whole menu and I'm definitely not. When I was done saying the whole order, there were already 11 meals prepared and ready to go. It was so incredibly fast! We ordered 19 different meals and a bunch of shakes, and when we were passing out food to our group it was all present AND correct. The food turned out to be delicious and just what we needed after a few hours at Kentucky Splash. This Cook Out treated us so well, and I'm so thankful for Kaylyn's help and calm when I was super stressed about feeding all these people from the same place. 100% recommend this location!“

He brought my food out to me, and told me to have an amazing night, along with some small talk. Ive never felt more welcomed in any restaurant. “We ate at this location for the first time a couple of days ago & it surprised us all! The food was all fresh & delicious! The portions was bigger than any Long Johns we’ve ever ate at! The staff was so friendly & attentive! The only thing I could say that they could improve on is the dinning room because it is outdated! It’s needs some updating & TLC! It was clean just outdated! We will definitely be going back here even though it’s a 40 min drive from us!“
