We love Cheddar’s and have eaten at the Kingsport TN and Wesley Chapel FL locations many times. This was our first time at the Johnson City TN location. We were seated promptly and our server was good. I know they were busy and the kitchen sent everything out quickly (we were still eating our app and my husband eating his salad when the entrees came out). But it was all very good and we would definitely come back to this location again.

We sat in the bar areaand the door continued to slam.Every time someone walked out the door. It was not a great experience but the service worker told me where to ask to sit next time very nice lady.

The waitress was snooty. Food is really subpar now. The food used to be delicious. My potato was hard and dry. The chicken strips have no flavor and taste like grease. The vegetables are not even tasty any more. Cheddar's used to be my favorite place to eat but the last Three times I have eaten here it has not been a good experience. I won't be back.
Had lunch here yesterday March 19 I had the chicken tenders, they were really great, the croissants were amazing. My girlfriend had the Monte crisco she said it was the best she's had in a long time. Sweet tea was good our waitress Kaylee did a great job, kept our drinks filled kept checking on us and offered desert she was very nice and friendly, made the lunch even better. Will be back

Went for lunch while in town. The wait staff was friendly but only semi attentive. The atmosphere was good, just not great. The food was just bland. They didn't overcook the fish, which was a positive. The honey butter covered croissants are the highlight, and you don't even have to order them...

Cool fish tank, brick walls, comfortable seating, and clean bathrooms. The servers care, the food is tasty, and they have several healthy menu options. Prices are reasonable. I haven't tried any desserts, but they look great.
