The service and food was extraordinary! My server was very attentive and even the management checked on me to see how my experience was. The food came out hot within 5 minutes and was delicious.This location never disappoints!

Me and my friend went out to eat their last night. The server that me and my friend got seemed very attentive when we first got there but it got really bad after we put our order in. He didn't bring us refills. My friend asked for steak sauce and waited 15 minutes and still never got any she had to use ketchup to dip her steak in. He never came back to check on us once we received our food I never received my appetizer and someone from the kitchen had to bring it to me and he apologized. We asked for two drinks to go and waited for 10 minutes to get those and ended up having to ask someone else to get them for us then he came back to the table being a smart aleck and said I told you that I was bringing them back. I definitely won't be going back to this location and it's one of my favorite places to go to.

We both ordered off of the 3 for me menu. Appetizer and drinks were out quickly. The meals were both good. The service was good also.

Floor is filthy, chairs are sticky with grime on the backrests and no pepper or salt on any tables. Servers were pleasant and helpful. Maybe management training is needed.

I normally don't rate chain's unless I'm goofing, but dang Chilli's is really killing it on the value portion of their company. I got the lunch meal deal. The 10.99 drink, side, fry, and entray. I got a qp burger and it was actually huge. The chips and salsa were plentifully and the fries as well. It cost me I walked out tip and all for 15$. I see why places like McDonalds aren't getting love anymore. fast casual is the future.

The chicken tenders were nothing like what was pictured on the menu. I could have went the Burger King drive thru do get chicken like that. We were over charged for our dinner as well. Our server was great at taking care of the table. No complaints with her service.

Service was amazing! Food came out very quick and hot. Would come back again! Got the triple dipper and marg of the month. Food is a little pricey for portion size.

We ordered three smasher burgers to go, and when I got home, the burgers were all soggy and gross. The sauce was nowhere to be found. The only thing that was good about any of them were the fries. Which is really sad because we’ve had those smasher burgers in the actual restaurant and they were amazing so I don’t know what was going on with them last night but it was $50 wasted!!!!!
