Special shout out to our server Nathan who was excellent 👍 I will continue to drive any lengths I have to just to come to the Chili's here in Johnson City TN, because great service is hard to find, but the best part is if you love Chili's you don't have to look too far if you live in the Tri-Cities area. Best Chili's on the planet

I will never eat at this establishment, or any chilis for that matter, ever again. TDLR: this place gave me food poisoning. My boyfriend and I were here Tuesday the 25th, at 7:30pm, and got a triple dipper, waters, and a steak/chicken fajita combo, with him eating steak, and I the chicken. The app was fine, but the fajita was bland, flavorless, and the chicken portion seemed off, but I blamed it on myself for not being into “Tex-mex” style (I like it seasoned heavily and almost burned like a real Mexican restaurant). I felt off almost immediately after, in discomfort all evening but finally sleeping at 12. Come about 2 am that night I was violently ill. I puked nonstop for 5 hours. I had chills. My legs locked up in cramps. I puked every 20 minutes until 5 pm the following day. I puked so hard I burst the blood vessels in my face, eyes, throat. My boyfriend was also sick, although not as severe as me. I contemplated going to the ER just to get an IV because I was so weak and dehydrated. I felt like I was going to die. This chilis gave me violent food poisoning. I did not get to enjoy Thanksgiving as I continued to be so sick that I lost 10 lbs in 5 days, and could not eat for 3. I will be reporting this to the health department.

I ordered to go a few nights ago and while it was good, I received a text three minutes after placing my order, telling me it was ready. It's also pricey.

I was there a few days ago and Nathan Proffitt, the server, was there and he refused to serve me food. I had visited there about two years ago and neglected to tip him and went back the next day to apologize and to make it up to him, but he refused to serve me. A few days ago I went back and was going to eat, but he was the server and he sent the manager on duty over to me to tell me that they weren’t going to serve me. Very unprofessional! I told him that was fine and I would eat at Cheddar’s instead. I reported them both to Chili’s corporate. There are a lot of choices and it’s their loss. Not a very mature way to act or conduct business. Considering all of the money and times I’ve eaten there and supported this restaurant, it’s a shame.

We came early to eat dinner, around 4 pm. The restaurant wasn't crowded. Our waitress was very absent. We needed a few things after someone else brought out our food and she never came by until we were just about done eating. The food was good though.

We had the best server!!!! Cassidy gave us the best service we have ever had. Our order came out perfect and the food was wonderful but Cassidy was the highlight of our dining experience. She was sweet, friendly, and knowledgeable we will definitely be back to Chilis see Cassidy!!!

Stopped in. Was looking forward to some really good dry rub ribs. They changed the menu. The ribs were no longer have the good rub. Had to get something else. It just wasn't that good. The waitress was great!

Don’t sleep on Chili’s in Johnson City. It’s clean, food was solid and service was 5 stars. Seriously, every person was friendly and professional.

Our waitress was great! The atmosphere was ok. Nothing to write home about. The food was not that good. We forgot that we said we weren’t going back there after the last time we ate there. The food wasn’t good then either. That’s twice so we are taking it off the list for the future.
