Chili's Grill & Bar

We ordered three smasher burgers to go, and when I got home, the burgers were all soggy and gross. The sauce was nowhere to be found. The only thing that was good about any of them were the fries. Which is really sad because we’ve had those smasher burgers in the actual restaurant and they were amazing so I don’t know what was going on with them last night but it was $50 wasted!!!!!

The service was great, the food arrived quickly. I hadn’t been to Chilis in at least two years after I had two separate experiences with subpar chicken tenders, “woody” chicken I believe it’s referred to. Unfortunately that happened again this time. Both of my kids got tenders with their meals and the texture was awful and the breading was pretty soggy. The rest of the food was fine however. I didn’t want to make a big deal so I just bit the bullet and left but it’s really unfortunate that this is still an issue.

Ate here on Halloween and our service was great! Our waiter was kind, attentive, and jovial. Our food was great. The only slight disappointment is that $3 for a side of fries is what you see there on the plate (bottom left). Not many, but still made for a great meal. Will be coming back here, probably the best Chili's experience I've had.

Had a Mom/son day out. Went here for lunch. From the moment we entered it was GREAT! The wonderful man that greets you and takes you to ur table is Awesome!! Whatever you do don't let him go!!! It set the tone. Our server was wonderful and attentive. 1st time I have ever seen a manager running food and talking to customers in years! Even the ones that brought out food was top tier! Whatever those location is doing keep it up!

Went for lunch at 1p on Sunday 10/20. Parking was scarce, restaurant was crowded. Was seated immediately in the last booth avail, hostess was polite, accommodating and quick to seat.

Waited over 10 mins for a server to recognize the seating. Didn't catch his name - 30-something gent with brown hair and a beard, serving the table directly behind the hostess podium. He was lazy and slow, almost certainly stoned. There was no immediacy in his action, he was more interested in chit-chatting than providing service.

10 mins before I was invited to a drink order, 20 mins before so much as water was served to the table. Ordered southwest eggrolls as an app, they were undercooked and slightly mushy. Ribs and sausage as a main. Both were dry, overcooked, and hard on the teeth. Waiter interrupted abruptly and without apology, shutting down conversation at the table without warning.

Billing had to be done through a app in a box on the table, waiter hovered the entire time to see what he was being tipped. Very uncomfortable.

Would not recommend, likely will not be return.

My family and I dined here to celebrate my decade-long anniversary and my mother's professional advancement. The male manager escorted us to our table. Although our waitress's initial rudeness was apparent, I assumed it stemmed from exhaustion. After a considerable wait, she took our order, exhibiting a deteriorating attitude. Conversely, the waitress who served our food demonstrated attentiveness and positivity. Our primary waitress's subpar service, including neglected drink refills and overlooked side orders, suggested a lack of interest. Observing her cordial interactions with other patrons, I inferred her displeasure stemmed from our ethnicity. This realization turned a celebratory evening into disillusionment, prompting my resolve to avoid future visits and share our unsatisfactory experience.

Never got a burger here before and tried for the 1st time. It was amazing, best burger I have ever had. Server was awesome, helped with any questions and kept checking on us.

We waited less than ten minutes on a busy Sunday afternoon. We were greeted quickly at our table. The server was friendly and attentive. Our food came out hot, fast, and delicious. The entire restaurant looked like a well organized place to eat. We’ll be eating here more often.

Food was good but they didn’t have any mozzarella sticks, we went for the three dipper thingy service was good too. Wait for the food was around 15 minutes i’d say but they did put ice on my orange juice.

My daughter was here visiting from Michigan, so I took her to Chili's for Sunday lunch. Because of the flooding caused by Hurricane Helene, many people were eating out today. Although the restaurant was crowded, the service was great and the food delivery unexpectedly quick given the circumstances. It has been many years since I visited a Chili's, but my experience here means I'll be back more often.
