I always enjoyed eating at chilis until today I asked for a hamburger well done it was still very rare. I have been sick over the last few years dont have much of appetite for food i love the burgers and fries

Superb customer service from the moment I entered until the moment I left.
Special shout out to our server Nathan who was excellent 👍 I will continue to drive any lengths I have to just to come to the Chili's here in Johnson City TN, because great service is hard to find, but the best part is if you love Chili's you don't have to look too far if you live in the Tri-Cities area. Best Chili's on the planet

We came early to eat dinner, around 4 pm. The restaurant wasn't crowded. Our waitress was very absent. We needed a few things after someone else brought out our food and she never came by until we were just about done eating. The food was good though.
