So fun and the staff are always friendly! We have the monthly silver pass and it's a great deal for my two sons. We go around 4x per month and it includes 30% off food and 100 games each time for only 12 per month. Pizza are always awesome (love the gluten free option) and the place is always clean. Thankful for a fun place in Johnson City.

We were here 11/18/2025 in the evening.. I got the salad bar and everything was fresh and delicious, and they made sure to refill the bar promptly. We got our pizza quickly and it was also very tasty! The place was clean and orderly, I felt very comfortable... but the best part of our experience was the friendliness, attentiveness, and professionalism of ALL the staff. They definitely display what Chuck-E- Cheese should be; they make the customers and all the children's time delightful.

Chuck e cheese was great. We had our son johnathons 6th bday here today and it went off without a hitch. Which was because of our party host Damien. He was absolutely great. If planning a party id specifically ask for him if possible. Perfect service and went above and beyond. Couldnt have asked for better. The place was clean, all the games worked (which I've never seen at a place like this). Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Damien or Damian? Sorry I can't remember the sp. Anyway it was great and we're grateful.
