I used to use Double Time frequently. Would pay their ridiculous delivery fees, trying to give the local company the business. I Will never use double time again. Unfortunately, they don’t care about their customers. I have been told, “We can’t deliver that” or “we are closed” more times than I can count. And oh yea, the “user busy” signal you get when you try to call in an order is an absolute disrespect to customers. Their total delivery fees are usually greater than 20$. I will gladly give my business to doordash or bitesquad, and I encourage you to do the same.

We just moved back to TN from FL. I had to call to confirm our order. Hour and a half later...no food, and hey, double time is closed, so no help either. I remembered them fondly as the OG doordash/GrubHub. But I'll spend my money with those other guys since we don't have to go to bed hungry
I have used several food delivery services while travelling, but none have been better than Double Time. I was surprised to see that Johnson City had a local delivery service that worked with so many restaurants.

Twice now, they have allowed me to send a Pals shake to my niece all the way from Chicago when she hits a life milestone by paying over the phone, even though it goes against policy. I am so grateful to them and highly recommend their service.

Placed an order on the app after it showing that it can deliver to my address. Tried to call the number on the confirmation and it just continues to ring without an answer. After 20 mins of waiting I received a call from double time stating they do not deliver to my address even though the app says they do. I asked why the app states they do then and was told “it’s just an app it can’t tell you if we deliver there or not”. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Not to mention all the spelling/grammatical errors on the app.
