The Torta Cubana is awesome! Best chips and nachos in Johnson City! AND, it's cheap. You can eat off the lunch menu for less than $10. Good music, good atmosphere, quick, clean.
For the first time in a long time I sat down at a booth and had a meal it was both delicious and the delivery expedient. The staff were kind enough to seat me immediately. I enjoyed everything I had ordered which included an enchilada tamale rice refried beans and Dr pepper chips and salsa. 100% satisfaction and you're missing out if you skip El Charolais

So to start out, i was excited to visit this place. As i get to the place the atmosphere was awesome and the service was good. But now to the foodHad two beef burritos with red sauce, the sauce was cold with no flavor just the look of red sauceHad 3 soft shell tacos they had no flavor at all the meat tast like it was cooked without anything added not even salt, the cheese on the tacos was more of a cheese product instead of real cheese, simply the worst tacos ever as tacobell even has more flavor then they did.Also two chicken tamales was ordered, the tortillas was kinda thick and the chicken was a little spicy but not a good taste tje beans was so soOverall it was a let down and i had high hopes for this place
