NO LONGER DOG FRIENDLY.
I wanted to save you a trip. I've brought my dog there for a decade. Hes we'll behaved and just sleeps next to the table on the patio.
I went back to eat there this weekend and all of the staff acted like it has always been no dogs.
They even pointed to a sign on the door.
I said my dog had been there 100 times, finally one staff said since the remodel, they were no longer allowing dogs even on the patio.
We’ve been loyal customers of El Charolais (Bristol Highway) for years—regulars, even as the quality of food and service started slipping. But after last night, we’re officially done. If you ever see me back there, someone better come check on me—I’ve either been kidnapped or had way too much to drink.

The table served, made to order guacamole is pre-made. I ordered after she told me it was pre-made but asked if it could be made to order due to allergies at our table but instead of telling me no she just ignored the request. The waitress, without warning, handed me a plate so hot it burned my hand. She also messed up the order and did not refill drinks. I would save the money and go elsewhere. Your hands will be safer.
