When eating at the hibachi table, the food is good (not great- chicken is always has a lot of gristle) but the dining room is a disaster. The rice is bland and dry, and the shrimp was flavorless too. Service is always good at the hibachi table, but unfortunately lacking in the dining room too. Our waiter was rude.
I've been wanting to try Fuji for a long time and tonight I went there for my birthday and I was impressed by the courteous and polite staff which was a good sign. I had seen the menu as had my girlfriend so we both knew what we wanted so we gave the waitperson, I don't know his name but he did the little bow with folded hands after taking our order which came very quickly I might add. Best Hibachi in the Tri-cities area. Excellent service! Always friendly & make us feel welcome. Tasty drinks too!
