I can’t say enough nice things about this place. The atmosphere, the food, the owners, it’s all so wonderful. The food is always warm and delicious. The price is fair. Owner is dog friendly and just the best. I will ALWAYS recommend this place.
I'm a ramen junky. I've had it from FL to SC to TX to Chicago to Asheville and all in between. I though I had some of the best tokatsu ramen there was. I was wrong. I've not tried anything at Hanas other than their ramen but they do that broth for like 72 hours and it traditional bone, collagen and marrow. OMG!!!! They will also spice it up for you from a mild 1 level to a nice but manageable 3 level. I've told the owner they need to go to all the other places...
Have been twice and will definitely be back! The food is phenomenal... very unique and fresh. Our waitress, Erin (sp?), during our first visit was amazing. Relatable, friendly, attentive. Both dining experiences have been less than stellar, though. The food is good enough that Hana will be on our regular rotation as long as they're around, but the service and housekeeping could use some major improvements as it was a hot mess both times we went.
