actually get the order right
We just left KK in Johnson City. They have the rudest young girl working there. Ordered 2 hot chocolates but tasted like chocolate milk. Not even warm! Told them and she just looked at the other worker and said well you make them and walked away. Never said sorry let me fix you another one. Then no one was making us one.
