Only once have they gotten my call in order correct but they've had me pay for the wrong pizza everytime.

Walked in to get my raw dough Italian cheese bread remade and bring it home only to still have raw dough in the middle of it. The lady who helped us was very sweet however we still have raw dough. Currently having to bake it ourselves as the first bite it was like soup biting into it. I make bread myself and know what raw dough looks like as well as worked in a pizza restaurant myself. To say majorly dissatisfied with whoever is doing quality control. If someone digests raw dough it can make them sick! SHAME ON YALL!!! IF YOU HAVE KIDS STAY AWAY!!

“Hot N Ready” is no longer a thing lol. Every time we come here we wait at LEAST 20 mins and everyone is so rude.

Visited the State of Franklin of Johnson City location tonight at a little after 9:00 p.m. ask for cheesy bread they didn't have any ready asked for crazy puffs she said they didn't have any of those ready I asked her what she did have she said I can offer you a cup of sauce. I seriously don't understand what has happened to customer service or quality of service at any place you go to anymore it just blows my mind.

I ordered a specialty item at the counter and waited about 8 minutes before my order was out.The young girl behind the register was friendly and polite. And so we're the other workers I came into contact with.Everything came out perfect! Gratitude Little Caesar Hustlers ? for pulling through on this one ? I've been craving one of your pizzas for a long time, and this one did not disappoint!

The manager sold the pizza that i already pay n he says “sorry i think you will not back, so i sell it n i cant make you a new one”.The pretzel pizza is more salt than pizza, the worst ever.

Waited 10 minutes before anyone said hello. Only gave me half of my order. I had to go back to the car to get my phone to prove my order. Then didn't apologize. Very rude, please get your portal fixed.
