Ordered my food online for it to be delivered at 12 pm. On the online ordering app it does not say anything about a 3rd party delivering your food. The food is apparently delivered by Uber which I did not know until I received a text message at 11:12 am I ordered the food at 10:30 am to be delivered at noon. Celebrated my Birthday, Great Experience, Great Service, and Great Food.
This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I ordered a baked sweet potato as one of my sides and it was burnt to h*ll, their is no other way of explaining how this potato was served.
We asked our waitress to grab another sweet potato, and she did, and it was worst than the first one. She informed us that the manager stated this is the way they serve the potatoes, this is how they come and their is nothing they can do about it....read full review
