Picking up a Christmas present, a little lady loves it and there isn't any in NC where we live, she wished for it. The person who took my order was great and personable. The food was scrumptious, she LOVED it. I had requested lots of crispies, and she had stressed it to the cook, there weren't hardly any. The little lady loved her Christmas present, though she wished there had been more crispies.

Food was decent. Fries were cold. Really good service. Normally when I visit long John silvers, the food is cooked to order. This was not the case as I received my food immediately.

The last two times I have went through drive through they have left out pieces of chicken or fish in the family meal I get. Also, they get the amount I tell them for each wrong. 8 chicken and 4 fish (12 piece family meal) missing two pieces of fish. The time before that, same meal 8 chicken 4 fish, get it home and it's missing 4 pieces of chicken! I called and they did write it down that I was owed 4 pieces of chicken, went by a week later and they honored it and I got...
