Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Both times I’ve tried going they’re either out of advertised flavors or the flavors listed online haven’t been available in forever

Menchie’s has always been the BEST when it comes to froyo and this one doesn’t disappoint either.

Every time I try to stop in they are closed! I know they were temporarily shut down but even know that they are re-opened it’s not reliable. Online says 9. I just went at 8 and closed. I’m over this place. The one on the other side of town is getting my business now.

So glad you guys are back open, always excellent customer service and DELICIOUS frozen yogurt!!!

Menchie’s is one of the best froyo places I’ve had. Every single time I go there, there is always the freshest selection of toppings! The staff is super friendly and helpful. 11/10 I definitely recommend Menchie’s to all my friends!

Drove 30 minutes to this place, just for it to he closed when it states open online

I used to love this place but I came to realize that they are charging for the cup even though they say that the machine deducts the cost of the cup. I came to know this by placing a few blueberries into the cup and it charged me 45 cents. I discussed it with the owner and he said that blueberries were more expensive than yogurt. He should not have said that since he charges by weight and not by ingredient cost. It made me realize that he knows about it. Going elsewhere now.

Just call this dessert heaven. The barrage of choices is amazing to make your perfect ice cream style frozen yogurt.
Just beware, they charge by weight. A full cup with all your fixings can run $10+.
It's a fun once in a great while splurge, but one I'd do more often if I lived closer.

Chloe is usually here when we stop in and she always is recommending new favorite flavors to try! I really appreciate the excellent guest service…it’s the reason I’ll be back! I love Menchies so much! Thank you for providing a wonderful atmosphere for me and my family Chloe!

Menchies must have bought their machines from the same place as McDonald’s. There are always a couple down, and every time we’ve been over the past year a few always put out runny yogurt, so you’re very limited on what flavors you can actually get. Today’s trip the cake batter was gone, I think Sonic or Freddies will be my new go to.

Sample the flavor you want before you serve. The day we were here at this location most of the flavors were coming out runny from the machines. Not right. When I asked an employee about it she said it was "just the machines"...okay sure. Haha. I've been to so many Menchies and so many froyo places and it's supposed to be creamy not icy and runny. Honestly, it was kind of gross.
