The ice cream was excellent. We both got milkshakes. They were delicious and the portion was just right!
We learned HOWEVER that if you leave a tip, the amazing person serving you that fantastic ice cream DOES NOT get the tips! Mimi's is owned by the restaurant and they schedule the people who work in the ice cream truck, but they do not get to participate in the tip pool! This employee said...

Went to the new Mimi’ icecream food truck today! It was located at the Burger and Barrel restaurant. We had the Bananas Foster Ice Cream Sunday. It was wonderful. It was vanilla icecream covered with bananas foster, fresh caramelized bananas, with butter and sugar , plus a homemade waffle thing on top with whipped cream. We also had the Baklava Sunday.
