Miso Teriyaki House Boones Creek

This is a really hard review to write because the food wholeheartedly tasted amazing until I found a dead fly/(some bug) in my rice.

In all fairness I get it, it can happen. It just sucks because we never get takeout, we ALWAYS make homemade dinners from scratch and the one time in 3 years I suggested to go out - something like this would happen.

We were provided a full refund which was not at all expected but very much appreciated.

I definitely would love to have the food again because it was truly great, hit all the notes I had been craving for years, I just think …. We need to stick what we know and do best, which is making homemade dinners instead of getting to-go/fastfood.

General Chicken w/ carrots, broccoli and fried rice (great, but had the bug)
Sweet Chili chicken no carrots extra fried rice (didn’t have a bug but didn’t finish due to finding the bug in mine)
Crab rangoons (delicious)

Thank you to the sweet guy that helped make our daughters bday dinner better after door dash took two of our orders. We really appreciate you for going above and beyond.

The AC is broken and its 85° in the restaurant. The food was great The service was great. I dont want to sweat while eating. We will not come back until its fixed.

The staff are very friendly and the food is good. Just slightly burnt the edge of the chicken but other than that its amazing.

This meal cost me 14 dollars.. if this were April fools and they laughed and handed me a second bag it would have been funny. There was 79 grams of chicken... The rice was clearly old and dried out.. 14 dollars... Ingles 2 minutes down the road sells the same meal for less than half the price and three times the meat.. A shame, this place used to be consistently great.

Edited to add: after trying a couple bites, the chicken is clearly old and gross so maybe a blessing they decided to give me so little.

It's so irritatingly inedible I wish I could get my money back.

It cost me $83 for three plates of food and four extra egg rolls to go. It was horrible The sushi tasted old and smelled like old fish we actually fed more than half of it to my dog. It was the first time I've been to misos and it will definitely be my last sorry to report bad reviews but had to say something.
