It is super clean and the food is fresh. The pulled pork sandwich was absolutely delicious and the service was quick and the people were VERY nice. Excellent brisket, ribs were amazing, and sides were great as well. The Project Sampler was first class, with large, meaty and tender ribs, brisket cooked to perfection, tender and moist chicken, tender and delicious pulled pork, and excellent sausage. Sides of cole slaw, BBQ beans, and collard greens were perfectly cooked and very tasty. The Project Burgers are huge and reportedly equally as good. Prices are reasonable, especially considering quality and portion sizes.
