Sahib Indian Cuisine serves rich, authentic flavors that truly satisfy. The butter chicken was perfectly spiced, and the fresh garlic naan made it unforgettable. A go-to spot for genuine Indian comfort food.

I was a butthead and called because I thought my order was wrong, I was rude and hung up after realizing what the kind man was saying. I realized I was the jerk and that the order I thought was the wrong thing was what I accidently selected through door dash. I didn't know they had two types of Pakora and that's on me. The paneer is amazing by the way. I wish I could apologize to whoever I spoke to though, the store had already closed.

Sahib restaurant was a nice surprise in Johnson City. The food was amazing. I love chai tea, but I have never tasted anything so wonderful as the hot tea here. The tea and the food were full of delicious flavors. We have found a new favorite place to go.

Excellent Indian food. They will make whatever you order to what ever spice level you like. I get Indian hot for most of my food while my daughter gets mild. They offer goat and lamb as well as chicken and vegetarian and a huge assortment of breads. They even offer a lunch buffet, but I prefer ordering off the menu.

An unassuming exterior belies the classy interior. The staff is friendly and able to help newbies to Indian cuisine find something they will enjoy. The vegetable korma is the best I've ever had anywhere! Fantastic chutneys, naan, gulab jamun, biryani and more. A gift certificate to Sahib is my go-to stocking stuffer for my husband every year. I'd rate them TEN STARS if Google would let me.

I've been to this restaurant several times, and it is exceptional. We've had Peter as our server several times. He goes above and beyond every time. If you're into a little spice, I highly recommend the Curry Mojito. It's delicious!! The Lamb Tikka Masala is fantastic! It's been one of my top favorite dishes. The Tandoori Fish is the next best thing. With it being my birthday, Peter had gone above all had to prepared an amazing dessert, with one of the best presentations!
