Sam’s express delivery, per the curbside manager, is through a third party company. Nowhere on the app does Sams disclose that they do not actually pull the order. Which means, they are not responsible for it being kept in fridge or freezer until pickup??
When “express” doesn’t deliver your order, expect multiple calls to customer service. The club does not answer their phones. And they don’t automatically cancel orders either. It took hours to get it cancelled through customer service.

First I drove to the club 2 weekends in a row, the club is an hour from me, first the tires weren't there when they were supposed to be. Second Sam's Club is partnered with Affirm. The club refused to take my Affirm card and key it in, per the terms of Sam's agreement with Affirm. Even though the customer service said they were supposed to. I ordered 4 tires for almost $600 and they would not do what they were supposed to do. The card has to be keyed in per the agreement and the guy in tire center and the customer service lady at the store both refused to do what they were supposed to do. This store is a joke, rude and horrible customer service.

I can get a sam's club card on a discount through my work. with gas prices the way they are my mother told me I could borrow hers for the day and get gas and shop around. I went to go fill up at your gas pumps but apparently my money isn't good enough for your company. I walked up to your building pressed the button for service and was told you don't expect cash. every other grocery store that sells gas also has a building by the gas pumps that you walk up to so you can pay with cash. but your company is too stupid to have a register in their building. every other grocery store in town is doing business better then you and I won't be going back. I have decided that getting a sam's club card is a waste of money.
ps don't message me about any coupons or discounts to make this right. if you want to make it right just start excepting legal u.s. tender like every other business in the country.

The only good thing about this whole COVID paranoia is that they stopped that stupid business of checking your membership ID before entering the store. I left Costco because of the same business practice. Can you believe they tried saying it was for my safety? Unbelievable.

REQUIRE face masks for all shoppers! I love shopping at Sam’s but just drove through parking lot and it was full as it was before the corona virus with lots of people walking in with NO mask. I will not return until they enforce the guidelines! it Is so important so that we don’t have to return to the lockdown!
