They actually stole from me. I placed an order on the app. They didn't have the item and would not refund the money. They gave me a number to call for a refund. I called the number; they put me on hold several times. Between the travel and phone call, it took nearly an hour, and I was still not refunded. The agent on the phone ultimately said she escalated my request but did not refund my money. I called the Sonic on Market. They said they can't do anything with an app order....read full review
App kept crashing and when I asked for the happy hour pricing on drinks was told can’t do that since I didn’t place order through app. Yes it was updated and restarted phone etc.
There was a twist tie in my food. I won’t be eating here again. I am thankful for the refund but I will not eat here again
