“We waited in the bar for an hour while waiting on our table with was ok. The bartender best described as dazed and confused was on the struggle bus. Another employee gave us bread and she tried to take it and give it to someone else. The employee said I just asked if they wanted that and they said yes. Bartender was flustered and walked off. When she came back she said would you like another drink? My reply was, what I would really like is a napkin and silverware to slice and eat this bread. Ugh. Luckily our table was ready by that time within 30 minutes. The service at the table improved and food was great.“

“Wonderful experience!! I placed an online order via Grubhub and then called the store to check on it. A male manager by the name of Nick was very friendly & happy to help. I live in Vegas and my Uncle lives in TN, about 15 miles away from Outback. Today was his birthday so I sent him a Grubhub surprise! All food arrived fresh & still hot! He said the steaks were juicy, cooked to perfection and everything was wonderful! Nick even through in a piece of cake for the birthday which was a big surprise! Really went above& beyond! Great job!
