Every time we go to the one on Bristol Hwy and Jeanine is working it’s a great experience she is the best at what she does we usually have a problem with some of the others not wanting to make our sandwich the way we like ( nothing ever over the top) and her personality is so cheerful and welcoming and the place is always clean! We always go back at least once a week and if she isn’t working we go to a whole different restaurant!
The manager filling in from Oakland location is HORRIBLE. I come to this location on Bristol hwy 3 times a week and everything is always exceptional. I come in today to eat and this manager filling in is slow, rude, and clearly doesn't enjoy her job. I will make sure to never go to the Oakland location after this experience and would highly suggest someone look into who is running their business.
Absolutely Outstanding service. Especially for one person trying to do a job for 2 people. She had a line out the door but was super patient and friendly. (Christne) Vegetables are always fresh and sandwiches are perfect. It was exceptionally clean also.
