Small spot but huge variety. Reminds me of home in CA. The atmosphere is musical. The aroma is fantastic. I recommend the chilaquilles, sope or a gordita de al pastor with lime. Now the Hot salsa is not for the weak.Vegetarian options: Rajas. Beans rice tortillas

Others told me good things about Tacos & Grill, so I stopped by to try some carne asada tacos because I am from Arizona and know good Mexican food when I taste it. There was a friendly welcome when I walked in, and the worker was smiling. There are only about six tables in this small restaurant, so I went to the counter to place my order to go. I ordered four tacos (2 for now and 2 for later). Even though the employee was working both the counter and the drive-thru, I did not have to wait long at all for my food. I double-checked the bag for hot sauce, and he told me there was. The smell of the meal when I opened the box made my mouth water, but the taste was not as good as the smell. The meat was satisfying, but there was no wow factor for flavor. The corn tortillas were the best part of the meal because they tasted good and were fresh. The green sauce was also good, but the red sauce was hot and good.

The food here is about the best in the tri cities. Amazing flavors in their street tacos and the burritos are top-notch I have never had a bad experience with the food here. The location is small hopefully they will expand and grow the business into a different location. The staff that takes your order has always been polite and as quick as they can be. I would suggest for lunch calling in your order and picking it up through the drive up window.

The truth is the food is not very good but it is quite expensive and the truth is I don't like it

Best to order it ahead of time on the phone and pick it up to go. Not a great space for large groups. The Carnitas tacos are the absolute best in town. Nothing else compares.

Delicious Mexican food. Friendly staff. Loved the complimentary hot sauce that comes with the chips and salsa. Overall a great experience.
I like this place a lot. The chorizo burrito is spicy and delicious. Call ahead and pickup in the drive through window is very convenient.

The food is very hit or miss. My carnitas chimichanga was very delicious, however the beans were way too runny (beans were spilled inside of my bag even tho the container was closed.) and flavorless, as well as flavorless rice. My partner ordered a chicharron chimichanga, hoping for real chicharrons, but instead got pork rinds that were marinated and soggy. I guess that's technically "chicharrons" but extremely disappointing. Their drinks like the horchata and pineapple water are very delicious.
