Store didnt have what I ordered online so they credited money back in piggy bucks. This location doesn't accept them at all.

Have shopped there for years but never again. The quality of meat has decreased and the price has gone up. The service at Thanksgiving was bad. I always call and order in advance, receive a NUMBER and give them date I will be picking up. They asked for name this year. Husband went to pick up turkey and was told they did not have our order. Thought it might have been a one-time thing so got a turkey breast but it did not look or taste like turkey. Looked like processed meat. Same thing happened today with ham for Christmas. Did not have my order. I called three weeks ago and told them what happened at Thanksgiving and spelled my name in the event that had been the problem. We got a ham but it was supposed to be spiral cut but looks like someone just whacked off the top half and it is full of stringy white substance that I guess is fat. Will never buy from them again.

I called for information about an order I placed on line for a turkey breast for Thanksgiving. When I called the Johnson City location, the lady was rude and acted as if she didn't want to help me. She said she had no access to seeing online orders. I asked her if she could use my order number or name for pick up to see if it went through, and she kept saying she had no idea what I was talking about. She didn't even want to try to help me and kept dismissing me before I could say a word. She said she's in the back and wouldn't even transfer me to someone else. Definitely not great at customer service.

Last week I Oder 3 clubs they were loaded with both ham and Turkey and great! This week hard to find the turkey, American cheese not Swiss and tiny bites of ham but lots and lots of mayo. I was embarrassed to when my friends opened them up. They came back just for you Sandwich. So disappointed.

Portions of side dishes were way too small for the money ! Ham was OK and smoked Turkey, kind of on the sweet side ! For the $$ they need to step up thier game!

Love the sandwiches, problem is there is no Honey Baked where I live. On a recent visit the manager implied a smaller town probably couldn't support the business. I'm thinking how about just a sandwich shop pleeease ???

Best ham and turkey I ever have had in my entire life worth every penny high-quality customer service excellent food everything about this place is magical. Their sandwiches are phenomenal. I will never buy turkey or ham from another company ever again you will not be disappointed. I can buy 3 pounds of smoked turkey and it is the absolute greatest turkey I’ve ever had in my entire life and I can eat all of it every day for an entire week and not be tired of it and never gets wasted, highly recommend this place

We ate here for lunch on the recommendation of someone in Visionworks. This place was not back, it just wasn't great. Service was very friendly and the place was very clean. I ordered the classic turkey sandwich and my husband ordered the classic ham. Both sandwiches came with a drink and chips and our tab was right at $20 before tax and tip. The sandwiches were just "meh" cold turkey (or ham in my husband's case) on a cold, kind of stale bun. However, both the ham and the turkey were very good and these sandwiches would have been better served on a sandwich-type bread rather than a bun. I definitely would not go there again for lunch, but will probably order one of their delicious hams or turkeys for a holiday meal.

I picked up a ham from here for a dinner, then had to go back the next day and get an additional one. I had so much to do at home to get ready for our dinner. After I picked up a few things at the store, I ended up at Honeybaked Ham about ten minutes before they were open. As I was sitting, this guy came up to my car and asked if I would like to come on in. My first thought was ‘Look, buddy, I’m not going to Karen these people into opening early.’ But it turned out to be the owner, who was very cordial to me, and more importantly, was cordial to his staff. So I got my delicious ham, and I got home about ten minutes earlier than I would have. And when expecting 16 people for lunch when you’ve been at work all night, every minute counted.

If you go to this location I hope you get Mignon. She knows the products and is very helpful with a kind demeanor. I would suggest anyone go there for great food service and right every time.
