Sam's Club Cafe

I was double charged for an item and it took me calling corporate to get it sorted out because the club refused to refund me without me driving an HOUR back to them to do it in person. On another visit, a rude employee named Elaine cut line to yell her order at the cafe employees. Cafe employees stopped getting my order ready to serve her, despite the line of people behind us, and the employee on break kept bumping into me and reaching over my food to point in the café.

Sam’s express delivery, per the curbside manager, is through a third party company. Nowhere on the app does Sams disclose that they do not actually pull the order. Which means, they are not responsible for it being kept in fridge or freezer until pickup??

When “express” doesn’t deliver your order, expect multiple calls to customer service. The club does not answer their phones. And they don’t automatically cancel orders either. It took hours to get it cancelled...read full review

First I drove to the club 2 weekends in a row, the club is an hour from me, first the tires weren't there when they were supposed to be. Second Sam's Club is partnered with Affirm. The club refused to take my Affirm card and key it in, per the terms of Sam's agreement with Affirm. Even though the customer service said they were supposed to.
