“I suggested to a friend with whom I eat lunch quite often that we try Budare. We had never been, and neither of us were familiar with Latin cuisine. The man who waited on us was very helpful, telling us about different dishes, and even brought out samples of the different natural juices so that I could decide which I liked best. I had a veggie arepa with black beans and cole slaw salad. The arepa was wonderful, the black beans were very good, the cole slaw was a little underseasoned for my taste, but no big deal, it was all very enjoyable! The garlic and cilantro sauce is amazing as well! My friend liked his selection as well. (I don't recall what he got.) Oh, I decided on the soursop for my drink, it was wonderful as well. I will definitely be back! I recommend everyone try it. They're in a familiar building that's easy to access and parking is right in front. The decor is very nice, the seats are comfortable, it's just an all around great place! Oh, I almost forgot, he brought us some complimentary soup, I'm not much for soup, but this was very good!“
