KFC offers hot and fresh takeout with friendly staff who customize orders to cut costs. While the 16 piece bucket family meal was great, the biscuits were squashed on top of the chicken. A customer's drive-thru order was missing chicken and only had one biscuit, with no response from the restaurant. They wished for better biscuit baking and better customer service.
