Honestly, anytime I go in there it’s normally during my way home for the night and Autumn is always so happy, and kind. Welcoming, and the food is always fresh and on point. If it wasn’t for her being there I don’t think I’d eat if she wasn’t lol

The roast beef is serverly under cook and the potato cakes have been under cooked.. and have texture of gummy bears
I ordered on the app and this time I picked up in the drive thru. I've been to this Arby's several times and everything is consistent. The employees are friendly and attentive. My orders are accurate and the food is hot. The inside restaurant is clean.

My pet peeve.. being pulled up to wait on my food. Being that it was only one regular roast beef, 2 sliders and a potato cake. Please stop doing that especially for small orders. I don't usually go to this location because it's inside a convenience store. But the food was good and the employees were very polite.
