Worst state of vegetables I've ever seen here, clearly frozen and thawed, ruining them. Mango salsa seemed almost spoilt and as if mangos were canned. Staff was very nice and helpful, but clear need better management.

Was traveling to the area on business and found this place. I created my own bowl. Lots of options. The steak was delicious and rice/beans/vegetables were fresh. Staff was very polite. I will come back again.

The food is the best in this area! No other Mexican place is good enough since I tried Barberitos. Delicious! great employees and great atmosphere. I highly recommend anyone that likes Mexican food to eat here.

To Whom It May Concern, It takes a great deal for me to complain, but I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the consistently poor service and inaccurate orders I have been receiving from your establishment recently. I am genuinely fed up with the ongoing issues. A few weeks ago, we placed an order for pick-up only to discover that our food was incorrect. Bafflingly, the order had my name on it, and it appears that the staff switched my order with another customer who also happened to share my name. This was already inconvenient and frustrating. More recently, today, around 6:50 PM, I picked up another order. Before leaving the parking lot this time, I checked the contents and immediately noticed the avocado slices I paid for ($2+) were missing. When I brought this to the attention of your staff, I was informed that you were out of avocado and, inexplicably, unable to offer a refund. As a substitute, I was offered guacamole, which I accepted, though reluctantly. However, upon arriving home, I discovered another major error: my taco salad was completely missing the chicken. This is unacceptable. This is not the first time I have ordered a bowl/taco salad from your restaurant and arrived home to find it lacking the chicken/meat I paid for. I truly don't understand what is happening with the quality control and order accuracy at your restaurant. I hate to complain, but the repeated errors and inconsistencies are simply unacceptable. I am spending my hard-earned money and, in return, receiving incorrectly prepared orders and a lack of attention to detail. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and address the issues highlighted above. I would appreciate it if you could explain what measures will be put in place to prevent these issues from recurring. Make sure with online orders. Explain to the customer at pickup such and such is not avl at this time. Also no refunds online orders. Cause the way it seems is yall just keep the money when a customer don’t say anything at all….

Ok I hate to put this out here but I think I need to. I ordered a burrito bowl on the app and the only things it had was the spicy chicken, black beans and rice. It was missing several things like cheese, spinach, Jalapeño, and a couple of other things. Please do better Barberitos.
If you want a terrible burrito served by rude kids, come here. The drink machine has been watered down, so bring your own root beer. Also expect it to be either cold or old, maybe you'll get lucky and be pleasantly surprised

Barberitos is straight gas. This is by far the best Barberitos. Food hits. The crew here are the friendliest and best out of all the other locations. Customer service is always on point. When it comes to this style restaurant, Moe's and Chipotle can't vibe with this.
