The customer service here is one of the worst I have ever seen. The employees are rude and have terrible attitudes. I also have found spit in my drink. Disgusting!!! The night shift management is terrible. When I reported the problem she laughed in my face and claimed I was lying when I had picture evidence. I would not recommend this Burger King to anyone!

The food is good when they can get it right. Always ask for your receipt because they like to overcharge also. The cashiers are always complaining about being there & how they’re ready to go home. They really need to reevaluate their employees.

Very rude worker who was so nasty to me from the get go. I told the manager and she acted like I was crazy. I go there weekly. Not any more. Never ever ever again.

Whoever trains staff and manages this BK need to have a refresher course on how to properly do there promotion and how to treat people with respect and kindness. They are never friendly during the dinner services. Ordered new how to train your dragon meal. (The burger king off s.john b. Dennis)Was not what was showed or on the website and commercial. When told they said you have to specify. That it comes with fries and regular drink. Nope not according to there website. They didn't have the toy, no fiery motz sticks wasn't in promotion box no crown either, sundae was half full and no toppings as showed and even charged extra for the drink. Said that the staff was trained that way and when I said I was going to another BK they said you will get the same thing. Soooo. Got my money back and went to another Burger King (off Eastman Rd) they gave me exactly what was showed on website and on the order board. Much friendlier staff also. Will go there instead.

This is the slowest fast food I have ever seen and rarely the food is accurate. No ketchup they give u only ketchup. I've had them replaced food bc they messed it up and they turned around and messed that up. I can see ever once in a while. But they do it a lot. They messed up a 35 dollar order told us to come back get it replaced then we try months later and they refused c someone didn't do their job and write it down. This has happened a lot we get wrong food call and then it's never replaced. Horrible service.

Went this morning April 10 2025 around 6:40 am to 7:00 am went inside waited by the register the guy working the drive thru window knew I was there he wouldn’t come over where I was to take my order.
