This is a great place for breakfast. You get plenty to eat for a very reasonable price. They serve lunch also. Get there early they close at 2pm.

Hate to complain at all costs. I'm native to this area. All I say can is the service was extra rude. The waitress who wanted to take my order acted as though I should already know the menu when I didn't have one. So she explained it like it was killing her to explain about the menus location in a agitated voice. Little did I know the menu was 3 or 4 different 8×10 size chalkboards that I had to look behind myself and, walk up to in front of another table that was dining there to select my order. The chalkboards didn't stick out like a sore thumb by no means. I ordered chicken and dumplins (that was a today's special) that tasted like the canned Sweet Sue stuff you buy in a grocery store , but with extra black pepper in it. Served in a plastic bowl that also had a dishwashing liquid aftertaste to it. The woman serving us was sort of tall , plain Jane woman whose face would've crack had she smiled at us. As a first time customer, We did not feel welcomed at all in the least bit. Our waitress at our table would have conversations with other patrons she seemed to know very well , and would talk to overtop of us trying to order. Obviously new customers are not welcomed was the vibe I had for the impression of the place. The food was nothing to write home about neither. We was talked to as though we we're 3rd class citizens in our beautiful country. I regret wasting my gas from Blountville to visit there.

We stopped by for breakfast but my wife prefers lunch. They gladly made her a club and fries along with my breakfast special. The gravy biscuit was really delicious and those hash browns are perfectly seasoned.The food is amazing and just like mama used to make. In addition the staff is super welcoming and friendly and very good with my 3 year old daughter. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you come by and eat.Kid-friendliness: I love how they are designed to do well with children.

What can I say. Wow definitely warm and welcoming. The staff very sweet. Food most definitely homemade and delicious. They fill your plates and it is served steaming. We had breakfast and we most definitely did not leave hungry. Next time in TN we will come back. The place is clean and comfortable.
