Ate lunch there today (Labor Day) There was a mix up with our order and it took a long time to get our food. Staff was very apologetic, More than made up for it! Good business practices!!! Pizza was delicious when we got it and the ice cream was beyond fabulous! Thanks for great customer service!!

Chef’s Pizzeria is a Kingsport staple! Their menu is expansive and features everything from pizzas, sandwiches, their fresh salad bar, to their tasty homemade cinnamon bread. They deliver within a 5 mile radius so it’s a great option for those living nearby.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stopped by Chef’s Pizza downtown and had such a wonderful experience! Their system was down, and we didn’t realize it when we ordered, but the staff was so kind and told us our meal was on the house. That kind of generosity and customer service is rare these days, and it truly made our day! The pizza was absolutely delicious, and the salad bar was fresh and full of great options. We’ll definitely be back—thank you for going above and beyond!
