First time ever to this store. I live in Knoxville and was visiting my sister in the hospital. Food was typical of Chick-fil-a and the service was typical as well, so no complaints from me.
Not sure what's going on with the food here at Chick-fil-A anymore. The chicken is not the same as it used to be and the french fries now have some funky coating on them they're not as good as the fresh cut ones. I'm afraid that Chick-fil-A is going the way of many other fast food places .... More concerned over profit than quality.

Fries were perfectly crisp.
Everything is hot, fresh, and pristine clean.
Service is excellent and employees are engaging.
Excellent food, service was on point and friendly.
