This is the 5th time in the last 6 months I have received cold food. I have discussed this with the manager 3 times and I get the same story each time (I will check the steam bath). I think someone should show him where the steam bath controls are. I feel sorry for the servers having to apologize for the cold food which they have no control of. I am told that I am not the only customer complaining about cold food.

Kingsport Cracker Barrel is the best! We love to eat there as a couple or with family and friends. The food is delicious, especially the breakfast menu. The people are excellent.
We so appreciate the good folk who serve us .
Had lunch at the Kingsport location. The food was good but the service was even better.. Serenity’s smile and personality were exceptional.
