Very good cheeseburger here with fries.
Horrific prices, friendly bartender. $42 for two drinks in rural TN? Disgusting. That’s Vegas prices.
There is a breakfast spot in the Tri-Cities that requires an airline ticket, a boarding pass, and at least one shoe removal to access.
This makes it, by default, the most exclusive restaurant in town.
