Let’s set expectations correctly. This is not a life-changing meal. No angels sang. No one wept. But for an airport cafe? It’s solid. Respectable. Competently executed.

Eggs are cooked to order on a flat top. Sausage and toppings are actually cooked there, not reanimated from a steam tray. The bagels and muffins come from a bakery (as they should), and the whole operation feels like someone cared at least a reasonable amount.

This morning’s order: a simple egg muffin with cheddar and Canadian ham. Warm, balanced, did what it was supposed to do. Paired with a Tropicana orange juice because sometimes you just lean into the moment.

They’ve got coffee, espresso, and even a blended juice bar with fruit blended to order, which feels wildly ambitious for an airport in the Tri-Cities and deserves mild applause.

It’s good food. Not incredible. But good.
And sometimes, especially before a flight, that’s exactly what you want.“

“Service and food were both top notch. I ordered the grilled tuna sandwich, and it was exceptional. I expected tuna salad on toast, but was served a large tuna steak on a bun. It was so big I cut it in two, with the intent to take half home. Nope. I ate it all.“

“My fiancee and I love, love, love this place! Today made our 3rd time there. The food is so darn good and the loaded tater tots are the best we have ever had. We have not been disappointed with any of the sandwiches we have tried so far. The Cuban is our favorite sandwich and the Bam sauce is our pick. Highly recommend. And on a side note, the staff have always been friendly and the bathrooms have always been clean. I swear they have the thickest and softest toilet paper I have ever used in a restaurant. Charmin quality. 😊 We love this place.“

“We have Brunch this morning in there is was fabulous . The restaurant from desks was amazing and the Waiter Cody is a sweetheart. He makes you feel at home. My favorite is the fruits and Lobsters and Jumbo Shrimp and Beefsteak. The French pastries are delicious the bread pudding and French toast yummy. Smoked salmon with cream cheese yummy!!! “This is a quaint spot with good home cooking. You can't beat the price. It is not what you would expect if you are not a local. So if you are from the city, then I can not give this spot 5 stars for you. But if you are from the country, this is a 5 star spot. Grab a drink from the cooler, go to the counter to place your order and have a seat. We stopped in for dollar hot dog day.

Parking: We found parking in front and walked right in. Would be easy access for a wheelchair.“

“Tried for the first time tonight! So good and very reasonable to feed my 3 big guys and myself! The pulled pork is good even without the sauce but the sauce is great! The Carolina vinegar based sauce is good too! The beans and tater tots were great! Great option for those crazy evenings with 3 different sports going on and a hungry family on a budget.“

“This location is clean every time I eat here. The staff are very friendly, and management is very attentive. The cooks do a wonderful job, and I like the food. I never see anyone wasting their time. I have had to wait to be seated before, as I understand the host helps with TOGO orders and might be bagging someone’s food, but he never keeps me more than a couple of minutes. He is a very polite gentleman. Overall, this is a clean and welcoming place to eat!“
