Excellent local Italian restaurant. Staff are always friendly, service is excellent. The food is fantastic and the portions are large. The price is great for the quality and quantity of food. My daughter's absolutely favorite restaurant!

Was disappointed at just how much this restaurant has detereated. There was only 1 person working in the front and 1 cook. The food was bland. The interior of the restaurant was very disappointing, as there were broken tiles and the celieng was coming loose and hanging down. Last trip to a restaurant that we actually previously enjoyed.

Unfortunately a faint shadow of its former self. Used to be THE Italian restaurant to go to and the food and service were both above average. As of today, there was no AC in the restaurant (we were all pouring sweat) and only one waiter for the whole restaurant including takeout orders. The food was extremely disappointing too. What happened guys? It wasn't always this way, but can't say that I'll ever be back because this time was terrible.

Ordered to go 2 chicken parmigiana with extra sauce and extra cheese, no extra sauce or cheese. When your order is apx 28.00 and a 5.00 tip you expect to get what you order, especially when there are no customets around otjer than youThe chicken parm was good but still needed the extrsa sauce I paid for, guess I will take my money else where.

This place is a little out of the way for me to go to. Where I do deliveries I have an area I stay in to be profitable. But the crazy tomato has a cheese bread that is amazing so when I do get a chance I will accept an order to deliver from there so I can buy me some of their mouth watering food

We really liked the food was good but I felt sorry for the waitress that was there she was having to do everything but cook she had to take orders get drinks clean tables take money everything thats to much for one waitress I used to work in a fast food restaurant so I know bless her for it she really done the best she could and it was busy in there as well you need to hire some more help

If I could give half a star I would. Food was disgusting. Flat bread was hard as a rock, could have shattered a window with it. Ordered all meat Stromboli, tasted like it was frozen and they just reheated it. Was 1/4 the size of a small Stromboli from Italianos for the same price. My s/o ordered a spinach Stromboli. Said spinach tasted weird. Come to find out the spinach is frozen. Anyone in their right mind know you can’t freeze spinach and it still taste right. It is now a law anywhere in TN you have to have a face mask on unless you’re sitting at your table eating. No one in there wore a face mask including the server. Restaurant was filthy. I have since reported them to the Dept of Health as well as the CDC. They have no right to be in business. The server then had the nerve to charge us after we told him we couldn’t eat the food it was so bad.

No masks folks. Staff had on no masks. No cars there on a Saturday at noon. Regardless of the food, don’t risk your health. I was told there isn’t a mask mandate, but there is. Just go somewhere else.

Crazy Tomato is the best. They are our favorite restaurant in Kingsport. Best calzones ever! Super friendly staff...especially the owner, manager. Give it a try ...you won't be sorry!
