Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Unfortunately we came into eat. Place was pretty busy at the drive thru but not much inside. When we got our food it was cold. Suprised that after a 10 minute wait inside that the hamburger patty would be cold once it was brought to the table. Service was average. Seemed like they were too busy to care. Onion rings were good, cheese curds were not. Ice cream was excellent. Dairy Queen soft serve saved the day. Good luck!

I went out of my way to DQ, hoping to get some good ice cream that I haven't had for a while. It's safe to say that I probably got the worst. I ordered a Large mint ore blizzard and nod only the man at the drive through window not flip the blizzard but it was so melted when he gave it to me that It can't have been even in a fridge for long than 10 min. It was liquefied and absolutely ridiculous that he served such a pitiful blizzard.

Workers are very friendly and kind, manager is a really good manager. The food is always good and they do it go out of their way to make sure your order is complete and satisfactory.

It was during breakfast. The cashier was friendly and clear on the speaker. She upsold Gravy with my meal. There was a very good amount of food for the price. I have found my new breakfast spot.

Im sitting in the dining room listening to employees cuss and talk about personal drama. There’s kids in the dining room that can hear all of this. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable.

Every time we go to this drive thru it is a disappointment. Ice cream is never the same. Iced down or not right texture. We always do drive thru. Always a long wait n attendance is below par. They act like u are bothering them. Last time we went, we saw long line of cars. We came back in about an hour. Pulled up to place order n was told they weren't selling ice cream at that time. No apologies. This will be our last time going to this location.

We visited this evening because Dairy Queen advertised a FREE small Oreo Blizzard for teacher appreciation week! I was rudely told, “We don’t do that here!” We ordered anyway. When we got to the window, the rude young lady barely flipped our blizzard, handed us our order, and never spoke one word! Not even a thank you! The service is always so disappointing at this location. If you can’t serve any better than that then please just quit.

I've eaten inside and gone through the drive-thru. Each and every time there has been a wait. A wait long enough you would expect that you're waiting because the food wasn't ready and they're cooking it. I have absolutely no problem waiting for a freshly made meal, but each and every time I retrieve my meal I realize all the items in my box are room temperature or barely warm. I don't understand why I'm waiting 5-10 minutes for food that has been sitting around. I've tried them about 4 times. Once for breakfast inside, Once for lunch inside, and twice for lunch through the drive-thru. Each and every time there has been a wait, and each and every time the food is room temperature or barely warm. I'm not sure what is going on there. It's not hard to serve already prepped chicken tenders and fries quickly, but for some reason we have to wait to get what must have been sitting for awhile. I was really excited to have a grill and chill DQ nearby, but this place has definitely shown me that not all locations are up to par. I've never had staff members be rude or hateful, just extremely slow with food that's clearly been sitting.
