Amazing food. Lo mein was flawless and the chicken was well seasoned. Portions were good and it did not cost a arm and a leg

Food tastes great and is extremely filling. If I see this truck I’m stopping every time. Thanks again for the food Dylan!
first time buying from this truck and LAST.
Our order was a chicken hibachi (which we were told is teriyaki chicken and ‘a side’ of rice) and the Thai chicken bowl. We got a portion of burnt dry chicken with rice, all dry + the same burnt chicken and rice with some cabbage as the bowl.
And to top it off, we had an eye lash in the food.
This was not teriyaki, this was not hibachi, this was not a Thai chicken bowl.

Dylan’s Asian 1 was parked at Advance Auto Parts in Mt Carmel today. It was my first time visiting this Food Truck. It will NOT be my last. Food was delicious. Very robust flavors. Freshly cooked. Service was professional yet friendly. Portion size for the price was also excellent. Highly recommend supporting this local business whenever you see them out and about.

Visited them at a food truck rally they were set up at. It was probably about halfway through the time alloted for the event and they were out of pretty much everything. Only thing they had left was lo mein and shrimp, so I got an order of shrimp lo mein. $15 later, I was given half a to-go box full of very, very disappointing looking lo mein with tiny shrimp barely bigger than salad shrimp. It tasted as disappointing as it looked. No flavor, bland, no seasoning, no color, and overcooked. The shrimp looked like they had just been boiled and stuck in a steam tray, had no color, and they were overcooked and rubbery. It was all served out of a steam tray that had been sitting there for who knows how long and was obviously not fresh. Coming out of a steam tray, you'd think it would at least be hot, but no, it was cold as it could be by the time I got it home (takes me 2 minutes to get there from where they were set up and I went straight there.) I'm sorry but $15 for this, at this quality, is an absolute ripoff. The picture taken had maybe 3 to 4 bites taken out of it because I was trying to give it a chance. I added their shrimp sauce, which didn't really have much flavor either so it didn't help any, and as a last ditch effort, added some sweet baby ray's sweet teriyaki sauce to try to make it have some sort of taste and even that didn't do much. I'm not usually one to complain but I feel like I've just had $15 stolen from me tbh. The people were nice and friendly and that's really the only pro I can think of out of the whole experience.

Tried their hibachi chicken at a food truck rally in Kingsport. The rice was not flavorful and kinda bland. Reminded me of fried rice from a box. The hibachi chicken was ok. It didn’t seem fresh to me like it was all precooked and warmed up on grill top.
I loved the Mongolian beef and noodles tonight at the Sullivan Garden food rally!! Thanks man!!
