First & last visit to this place! Went with a group, & some of us were from out of town. Had hopes that the locals knew what a good restaurant is, but alas; that was not the case! Food is mediocre at best. Not much healthy food on the Mexican/Italian menu. I ordered queso & a taco salad because substitutions I wanted to the wedge salad could not be made. I expected the white cheese queso you are served in most restaurants. What i got was a hillbilly queso made of Velveeto (artificial cheese), and it was not warm so it was in globs! The chips were literally burnt to a crisp!
Our table was wobbly & out of balance. One of the guests had to eat after everyone else was nearly finished because they forgot her order! Big thumbs down! Would have given a zero, but that wasn't an available option! Save your money for a more desirable experience!
They had a good selection of different types of cuisine. I got the glazed salmon, my wife got the chicken Carciofi. Both were excellent.
My favorite dinner place
Very good eggplant parmesan! Delicious 😋
Great view ⛰️
The owners are sweethearts too!
It was one of the most awful experience. After 45 min of waiting I approached waitress (not even ours, I could not find her) and said that we are about to leave. Ten min later they brought our food, that mostly was oversalted. I have ordered Ahi tuna and asked if they can make it well done. I've been told they don't do it. So fish was cooked totally rare and not edible and sided with ketchup as a sauce. When I asked to box it to cook it myself at home chef came and said he will cook it for me. Oh, now he can make it well done??!!! We came there to celebrate few things, it was ruined for us. Never going back there. Something is wrong with this place
First time and will go back!
Tex Mex menu is very good.
Kathy and her team excel at what they do! They have so many options, great staff, and great food!
Great food and atmosphere. Lunch on the terrace near the pool is wonderful.
Hidden fees, smug management.
The point of this post is not about the cost but about the lack of transparency and customer appreciation.
Our waitress, Aubree, was very nice and did a good job.
The manager we were provided, who didn't present his name, (walked with a cane) was smug and shrugged off our concerns.
Only after receiving our food and after my wife received her first refill of a fountain drink, the waitress proceeded to inform us that they charge for a second drink beginning with the third refill. We then questioned where that was stated on the menu and that it's not right or legal to charge your customers afterwards or for hidden fees. She stated that they did that instead of charging a fee for using a credit card. Which wouldn't affect us as we mostly use cash. She then returned to confirm herself this wasn't listed on the menu. She offered the manager and we accepted. He arrived and then tried to sell us on the concept and when we questioned why we weren't notified prior and that it wasn't on the menus, he said that it would cost thousands of dollars to redo them and wouldn't answer why we weren't notified prior. I said that's the cost of doing business for keeping the menu's up to date. He said he uses this hidden fee to keep his food quality up. However my wife's chicken breast just so happened to be overcooked and could not be cut with a steak knife. When we again questioned his methods, he came back with "this is why I'm selective with my clientele". This says to a previous returning customer, that he doesn't need our business and doesn't care if we return.
He did remove my wife's meal cost since it was overcooked.
Friday night may have in fact been my last visit after 3+ years. I'll have to think more on it.
Again, this is about being up front with your customers and showing appreciation or the want for every customer to return, not the cost.

It wasn't very during our visit, but the staff was welcoming and the food was delicious. We will definitely be returning to try the rest of the menu.

Fusion @ Ridgefields not only infuses flavor into their unique & traditional delicious dishes but they also fuse together the Kingsport community with their innovative thinking, small business classes, outreach programs, and leadership roles. They have a great staff with a wonderful Sunday brunch & tempting cocktails. Perfect ambience for date night. Singo on Tuesdays is a blast, as well.

I personally haven't seen such amazing small business owners In a long time. They truly take customer service to the next level. Bow they treat all humans, their customers their workers and our community is exactly what we need more of. They not only did so much for hurricane plane victims but they do everyday stuff to help people in the community. I've met the owner personally and I hsbnt met his wife but I don't need to to know she's quite wonderful. She does work with kids and they teach culinary classes. Kingsport is very lucky and blessed to have this new restaurant and family be apart of our community. I truly can't wait to see what amazing things they continue to do with their creativity and love for other people.
10/10 recommend working there.
