The food itself isn’t bad, it’s being able to get it prepared correctly or from an employee that actually likes their job or wants to be there. I go thru the drive thru because it’s February & before 6am so I don’t want to get out of the car. The first time I went they left the biscuit & gravy out of the bag so I had to go in in the cold & snow/sleet. No apology or anything just the manager joking with the employee about whose fault it was. I let that go. The next time I was charged wrong & they didn’t tell me until I noticed it on my receipt, I had been charged more. I again let it go. Yesterday I ordered extra bacon on 2 maple bacon super biscuits. They were regular biscuits.Tried calling the store repeatedly but it was always busy, like it was off the hook. Decided to give them 1 last chance this morning since Hardee’s is our favorite fast food breakfast place & it’s on my way home from dropping my husband off at work. Order 2 bacon biscuits with maple bacon, extra bacon. Both biscuits each had 3 slices of bacon, that’s not extra bacon!!! Again the phone appears to be off the hook. The guy working the drive thru window most days is absolutely no help! All he does is complain about his job & whine about being their. I hope he is happier working on the cruise ship he told me he got a job on. Idk about other customers but he alone makes me not want to go thru the drive thru, not to mention all the mistakes. This location WILL NOT get another penny from me!!!

I got the super sausage biscuit and I was very very disappointed in it,,,,the sausage was barely warm the egg was cold, when I tried to call and talk to someone the phone line was busy, I attempted to call 3 different times. I hope someone else's experience is better.

Me, 3 cars behind me waited in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes to find out they had no biscuits! This makes twice this has happened. From the looks of it, the drive thru window takes 1 order & waits till they receive their order before the next vehicles order is even taken. That's bs. I tried to call & it says the wireless person can't be reached! What's up with that? When I am lucky enough to get one, I always ask for brown & they're barely done!

We had breakfast here this morning 9/18/24. We are visiting out of town. One of the best Hardee's we have ever ate at. Very clean and the food was great. The young man who waited on us was so nice and friendly. A+++

Originally a 2. I ordered two chicken biscuits. The service was great and the biscuit was good. The chicken was old, dried up, and had a VERY bitter taste. It was disgusting. I removed the breading. The first one was still juicy and good underneath. The second was dry and tough.
New score: 5 I decided to give them another chance. Spoke with the manager to get fresh chicken biscuits. The chicken was glistening and juicy. Biscuit light and buttery. Delicious. Like that every time please.

Went yesterday morning to eat. It swelled my belly up way more than expected, and now I can't stop belching. They didn't seem to care too much about my belly being so upset

Normally this location is pretty good, but they struggled today. Ordered a biscuit and gravy combo to go around 7:45 am on a Friday. Hashbrowns were lukewarm and stale. Gravy lid was busted, had a piece missing out of it, but could find in the container. Assuming it was missing when they put the lid on. Gravy had leaked out everywhere in the bag. Entire meal was inedible.
