What happened to this place? Oh man. $30. for barely luke warm food, cold soggy fries, the blandest watermelon sweet tea and the least freshest garlic bread that’s been sitting on the counter I would guess for hours. For the price, nothing hot or fresh is an insult to their customer base and really shows employees don’t really care without saying they don’t really care, where is management to clean this mess up?

To add insult to injury, gnats and flies swarming the condiment / drink station and your food while you try to eat while praying you don’t get sick. A health inspector needs to visit this place before they give someone a food born illness.

This place used to be really good, now it’s just a dump.

We ordered the Family four pack and half our order was left out. We live 20 min down the road so we called to have it corrected and was put on hold for a manager. My wife has been on hold for 30 min at this point. Save yourself the hassle and go to Chik Fil A.

A couple years ago I wrote a negative review of Huey Magoo's in Kingsport. Recently I have had the opportunity to revisit this restaurant two time. I don't know what went wrong on my first visit but the last two times I have been there the chicken tenders have been delicious. Very tender. One time I went at lunch time and the other at an odd hour between lunch and dinner and both times the food was fresh and delicious. A bonus - they serve coleslaw with there meals. Something that doesn't seem available at other chicken tender restaurants. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Also, the girl that took my order and brought it to me this last time was Amanda. She was so pleasant and very kind.

100 times better than Zaxby's

Nothing special,just various forms of chicken.

I asked for ranch on the side and didn’t get it with my food. Even after confirming the order multiple times. “You said ranch on the side” “yes” *goes over order* confirms ranch on the side again after reading the order back. Didn’t get coleslaw with my food either. They made sure to put the fork in there though. Maybe instead of huddling up and chit chatting double check people’s orders. I’m not one to complain but the food is pricey and don’t get me wrong it is worth it but when you can’t even make sure to put people’s orders together properly then I’d say you should pay attention to your job than goofing off with coworkers.

Food is really good here and tge staff is always friendly. I just hate that you place a order online and drive 20 mins to get there and they dont have your order ready so you have to pull up and wait.
