We eat at Italian Village at least 2-3 times per month. The thing I love about it is that it tastes exactly the same as it did when I was a teenager back in the 1980s. There is never a surprise change to the quality ingredients they have always used that makes Italian Village it's own, unique thing. I like other pizza restaurants too, but I find that I always compare them to Italian Village and realize it's still my number 1!
Been going here my whole life. I'm old now. But, there Pizza has never changed. Still as good as back in the day. If you love greasy,cheesy, pepperoni pizza this is it. The eggplant parm is decent, and there salads are great.
The food is good but the cooks need to stick to being cooks because their customer service skills are poor and rude. I accidentally ordered from an Italian village 2 1/2 hours away in the middle of Virginia, not even the other location in Bristol, and didn’t realize it until I got there and they were rolling their eyes and chuckling and insinuating I could just drive there if I wanted the food that bad.
