Today's the first time I've tried Italiano's. I'm thrilled I did! So thrilled in fact, I over ate lol
I'm picky about my steak and cheese subs. Italiano's checked ✔️ all my boxes; more steak than bread, lightly seasoned, steak from end to end, and cheese throughout the steak!
The coating on their mozzarella sticks is similar to the big M's nuggets 😋 which makes them 99% cheese!
I'll be ordering again! Thank you, Italiano's!

Food was good! It’s a walk up to order counter then they bring the food to your table. Ordered a large calzone. It was enough for 2 meals.

Everything is great, you have a hard time choosing because all the food is great.

Incredible Food & Generous Portions – A Hidden Gem in Kingsport!

We had an amazing experience at Italianos on Ridgefield Road! From start to finish, everything was phenomenal. We ordered the garlic knots with cheese, Alfredo pasta, a fresh salad, and the vegetable spaghetti — every single dish was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The garlic knots alone are worth the visit — soft, cheesy, and absolutely delicious!

The restaurant has a relaxed, self-serve setup. You seat yourself, place your order at the counter, and the food is brought right to your table. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick and efficient.

One thing to note: the portion sizes are huge! You’ll definitely want to bring your appetite — or at least grab a take-home box. The value for the quality and quantity of food is outstanding.

If you’re in the Kingsport area and craving great Italian food in a casual, no-fuss atmosphere, Italianos is a must-try. We’ll absolutely be back!

The chicken Alfredo is disgusting. Has no flavor and the chicken has the weirdest texture done recommend.

Ordered 2 large 3 topping pizzas Sat night for pick up. Was told 50 minutes they would be ready. I showed up around 45 minutes after I ordered and still waited around for another 30 or 40 minutes along with about 15 other people. I ordered and paid for extra cheese on both pizzas. Both had very little cheese or toppings period. I don’t mind paying a higher price for good pizza, I also don’t mind waiting a little longer, but when you pay a high price wait and hour and a half and get skimpy pizzas I will take my business elsewhere. This place was the best when they first opened but sadly has gone downhill. Then newly opened dine in section was empty. It is probably a good thing, if you can’t keep up with carry out and delivery you sure can’t handle that also. In my 40 minutes or so in the store I only seen a couple pizzas leave. I don’t believe they were that busy just probably not any help.

This is an exceptional neighborhood pizzeria. Delicious yeasty, chewy crust with tasty tomato sauce and plenty of cheese. We had Hawaiian, it was excellent! Served hot and quickly. Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Relaxed atmosphere. We'll be back!
