Mad Greek Restaurant - Kingsport

Eat there 1-2 times a week cost about 8 dollars more a trip now, food not as good as it was. Was there last night and about 3-4 waitresses was standing around bad mouthing a formal employee, just don’t care for that. Had steamed broccoli the last two trips, couldn’t eat it was so undercooked. Probably not going back for awhile.

This was our last try at this restaurant. Went about a year ago and the pizza was delicious; went a few months later and we had to send back the same specialty pizza....,absolutely nothing like the first.( Same name)

Went for lunch today and my husband ordered a calazone. Was so BLACK that he had to send it back. The meatball sub was ok but I had never seen green beans served in tomato sauce with cheese?

Our server was a sweetheart.. the cooks? You might want to keep on looking.

We placed a large order for my daughter’s wedding. The owner himself called me and went over all the details with me and followed up the morning of the wedding. I must have sounded panicked when he called, he offered to send help and a van to move and help setup for the wedding, anything he could do to help he said. We didn’t need it but just to offer it was beyond generous. I would recommend Mad Greek in Kingsport to everyone and anyone. The food was great!! When I went to pay the manager was extremely nice also. Thank you all so much for helping our special day go smooth.

Pitiful excuse for a chicken Philly. Just grilled what appears to be a tender and tossed on there. Cheese running out of the back of the bread. Very few mushrooms and onions.

The food was terrible. The Stromboli had not been cooked all the way through. The cheese was cold and had not melted at all.

Service was fantastic, our server took our drink orders the moment we walked in the door, but we didn't feel rushed. The food was delicious & the servings were very generous. We'll definitely be back.

Ordered 2 gyros, a turkey sub, fried okra, Greek potatoes and baklava for my mom and I through door dash. One of the gyros wasn't put together I think because I ordered it as a platter. Not a big deal but the one that was put together in house was better. Either way it was all fantastic and just as good cold or reheated. Lasted me 2 dinners and lunches and some snacking. Really good food, would like to come and eat in the restaurant soon.

Great food and great service. Always a pleasure and a treat. We have never ordered anything that was less than fabulous. Try to save room for dessert but if you can't definitely order the Greek potatoes.

Very good gyro

The food was delicious. However, I asked for taziki on the side for my gyro and for my spanakopita and unfortunately, when I returned home I had absolutely no tzatziki at all. I live about 20 minutes away so I did not want to go back. Other than that the food was delicious.

Came for a work outing and the server (I believe her name was Ashley?) was phenomenal and the food was amazing! I will definitely be coming back and recommending Mad Greek to my friends and family in the area!
