The store was very busy and the manager that had tattoos on his neck made time and went above and beyond to dig threw boxes just to find one particular toy for my son iv worked in fastfood and I know how stressful it is and I didn't want him to go unrecognized for the effort he made

Went to the drive thru today never did get waited on finally went inside no service inside either then an employee came out of the bathroom holding her stomach you vould tell she had been throwing up right back behind the counter she went an I left

The location is ridden with drug addicts and homeless people. The breakfast shift is decent, night shift is terrible, on the evening shift prepare to wait in the drive thru line for upwards of 15 mins. And that shift is VERY RUDE

The food is always what you expect from fast food. But the issue with this location is they quite frequently forget items. I don’t mind having to pull over to the side to wait a few minutes but you have me wait and then forget items. It get frustrating because you use drive thru for convenience and then now I have to go in because order is wrong.
You’d seriously call this a McDouble? The top patty is so thin it shouldn’t even count as a burger. This is ridiculous. You all are no cheaper than anyone else anymore but your food is getting worse and worse.

Loved the fish o fillet and the chicken nuggets! Cooked best from here to Elizabethton TN. I'm a TN resident and this food was amazing ! Most mc Donald's can't beat this one !

I don't eat at McDonald's, but we were on road early. For fast food, breakfast was good and the people here were so friendly and got order 100% right.
