They charged me $25.18 for one burger then cancel the order and charged me $28 and something because it was supposed to be a manager's meal is what the cashier said. She also said that she made a mistake and she needed my card again and I started getting suspicious and had to call my bank and cancel the 75 actual dollars that I was charged for one Burger. It also took about 20 minutes when there was no one else ordering anything and no one around.

I went through and got a mobile order and got two Big Macs and all I asked for was no lettuce and I get home and there is lettuce on one of them and on both there was no Big Mac sauce, pickles, or onions. We were very hungry and it’s all we had, so we ate it and we know usually the policy is u don’t take the food back through the window, so that’s why we did it. I called back and a woman manager answered and declined me and acted like it didn’t happen when she was the one that gave me my food and I told her everything that was wrong and she told me she can’t do nothing bc there is no food to prove it….and I don’t get how it was my fault, i would’ve understand if she was polite and tried to understand, but she did not wanna take try and work with me at all.

I waited in the drive thru for over 15 minutes. I got to the speaker and told them I was using the app, and it was loading. She said she was switching to the other side to take their order before she took mine. I ordered 2 smoothies and when I got to the window they told me they couldn’t do the smoothies, so I told them to cancel the order, and I left. I waited forever in the drive thru, and they couldn’t tell me at the speaker they couldn’t even make my order.

Used the mobile app to get my food. Live 10 minutes away. Get here. Not a single car in the drive through. And I was asked to pull up and wait for a 10pc nuggets and 2 cheeseburgers. Not quite sure why location consistently has a problem but they may want to reconsider the decision of managers choosen for the place. This is not a one time thing. It is EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here, which is 2 times a week (don’t judge me). But this is ridiculous. For what McDonald’s charges; if my food was gonna take more than 5 minutes I would have gone and gotten better food at a sit down spot, kinda the point of fast food. Would give zero stars if I could. Pictures of the empty lot at my time of visit. 8:59pm. The time my order was received on the receipt and the time it got brought out to me at 9:13. I could understand if they were busy but there was no oneeee there! I mean it’s a friggin gas station McDonald’s so what can you expect? But Id save the hassle and drive 10 more minutes to the one on Fort Henry Drive.

I get the same thing everytime i go. Large, sugar free vanilla ice coffee with no ice and 2 mcdoubles with no bun. They started charging me for the lettuce instead of trading the bun tho. I think the kid just didn't understand what I'd said. Other than that, it was perfect!
