Orders are never correct, I mean never. It’s always a wait that’s longer than 10 min. You’re always told to pull to the side to wait for your food. Regardless of line or not. Do not stop at this mcd if you don’t have time to deal with foolery.!

I ordered a 2 burger combo, no cheese, and a medium french fry and coke. I had to pull over and wait for them to cook it. When I got home, I saw that they put cheese on the burgers and forgot the french fry. I went back, they took the old food, and remade the order. This is the bare minimum. They do nothing to compensate you for messing up your order on top of wasting your time and fuel. They dont even apologize for the inconvenience. This location makes mistakes too frequently so i recommend you check your order before driving off if you dont feel like going to a different location entire.

I purchased a SIX piece nugget, they forgot to put the SIX piece in my bag when I told them they went to get it handed me a SIX piece container with only FOUR nuggets! The integrity of this place is insane.

Service sucked we went yesterday waited 20 minutes for ONE happy Meal They called the number before ours and the number after ours and sent 4 happy meals out the window and had 5 cars waiting at the pick up claimed their was only ONE staff but we seen more then that! Wish we didn’t have to give any stars

I’m a full time doordasher. I got to this store at 9:54pm tonight. Lobby is posted as being open until 11pm. I go through the drive thru and have to sit there for almost ten minutes to get a very small order. The manager that came to the window stated I had to take a picture and show her my phone. I explained that when I pick my order up on time I have no problem doing that. My time is money based on pick up/delivery time. But when I’m 10 minutes past my pick up time I grab and go. I confirmed the order. She asked why I didn’t take a picture. I told her that it did not require one. She said yes it does. I explained that not all orders require a picture and showed her again that the order is showing as confirmed for being picked up. She handed me the order and said ‘it does require a picture’ and slammed the window shut. This is unacceptable behavior coming from a manager that doesn’t even have their lobby open during posted hours. Another reason why I rarely visit any McDonald’s in the tri cities area.

Every time I order here they ask me to pull around to the drive thru parking spots and I have to wait 10-15 minutes on my food. I just went there and there was 2 people in the line including me and they told us both to pull over. I never have a large order and I see them doing it to multiple people all of the time. They need a better drive thru process. Also, the staff just hands you your food without confirming the order or anything. Very rude.

I would like to not leave any stars but I order on app n have to wait til I get to box to ask for well done bacon n maybe 1 or 3 times they do it but this manager took order this morning n just to be a jerk didn't tell them I asked for well done. Then said bring it back um no u did this on purpose. They shouldn't be able to get any stars on most of there McDonald's since they were bought out. They have gotten back service n employees at most of them..

I don't know what it is with this location( South John B. Dennis) but, they have been slow and sloppy since they opened. My son waited 20+ minutes for 3 cookies. Almost everyone whether drive thru or counter had complaints. The manager and staff could be heard blaming each other for the mistakes.
